That's more like it! Phew, narrow brush with the 170s; back in the 160s now. After Wednesday's calorific free-for-all, yesterday was back to normal and even did well on the junk-food cravings. I guess I had so much milkshake & pizza from the previous day, my body cried out for a break :-)
Today's a new day so I plan to stay on track and add in some exercise, which was lacking yesterday.
