OK, I've put the word out to friends and family. Since there's no birthdays, holidays, 'n such for a few weeks. I'm doing a two week soft fast/water fast. Maybe some BCAAs before workout three times a week..only mineral water, AC vinegar and lemon. I'm going break this plateau if its the last damn thing I do. Any attempted sabotage/temptation by friends and fam. will be met with white hot rebuttal (heh)...Two weeks, starting tomorrow morning. Out of the trenches into no man's land.

following... Also, be kind to yourself. I think fasting is 100% mental, but it is ok to decide to stop at any time. It took me months to work up to my 11 day fast. Two weeks is MASSIVE. Yes you can do it, but keep in mind you are going hard core BADASS!
