OK, I've put the word out to friends and family. Since there's no birthdays, holidays, 'n such for a few weeks. I'm doing a two week soft fast/water fast. Maybe some BCAAs before workout three times a week..only mineral water, AC vinegar and lemon. I'm going break this plateau if its the last damn thing I do. Any attempted sabotage/temptation by friends and fam. will be met with white hot rebuttal (heh)...Two weeks, starting tomorrow morning. Out of the trenches into no man's land.
