Yesterday was my last exam and I decided to treat myself to celebrate. I hadn't realised how over-board I went until now when I was logging my food diary for yesterday. Oh wow oh wow oh wow...I almost doubled my RDI...to think I was so tired and sleepy that I hardly tasted anything I ate. What a waste. *sighs*
