夜跑只是因为没时间在健身房做有氧,每天训练完我都要吃的

我曾经吃的饱饱跑回来就饿了,嘻嘻

如果只是有氧,又临近睡觉,建议只补充蛋白质,像我这么吃,比较难瘦
