Last week my weight plateaued and I was standing still even though I was sticking to my diet 100%. I read up about and apparently I could have been having a “famine reaction” where your body thinks it’s starving so it hangs on to every calorie. I decided on Saturday to completely cheat and I had KFC. Then Sunday morning I got on the scale and to my amazement I had dropped 400g 🤭 I decided I am going to have a cheat day once every three weeks to keep my body from doing that. I am back on track today and motivated again.
