I think you have to most challenging one, to pick up weight because my sister in law also extremely skinny and battles to pick up weight and even eating hamburgers etc. still can't. The same time it makes her sick eating so much. I also didn't like you guys who can eat what you want and never pick up until I understand how hard it is and you want that curves on your body where we complain about our curves. Well done for your weight gain and hold thumbs it stays there

Thanks Belinda. Im a guy, Lol. So it's muscles instead curves. It's crazy how much I have to eat just to maintain my weight. If a miss a meal during the day I drop 1-2kg. I was once dangerously below a healthy BMI because of this. Im doing weights and supplementing with Protein shakes but eating really makes me sick sometimes. Thanks for the support.

I have the same problem. Where I am so hungry all I dream about is food. But when I have to eat, just looking at it I get sick! 😔

Same here. I'm drinking mass gainer along with my protein shake and 1L or more of full cream milk per day. It's really easy to add lots of cals with milk.

@jaco Milk and I equals biological warsfare. Mass gainers help a lot though. I've found that 1 litre of mass gainers gives me about 1000 kcals so I'm trying to get to a point where I can drink that in between regular meals. @Khadija I know what you mean. and then you get sleepy at work coz you ate so much.

@skillz after I had my 559 calorie sweet potatoe for lunch I had to go lay down 😮 Omw I'm not alone 😁 thought I'm weird 😎

+1 for the sweet potatoes. Aim for healthy foods with high calories but low dietary fibres(stuff that makes you feel full). Whole wheat bread is also great with some eggs and add some protein as well.
