That time of the week has arrived again that brings all my little triggers with it... I can have the perfect diet then hit friday and I get that taste for the glass of red or worse the fella randomly decided to bring home a bottle of jacks... and my will power flops, the heat wave approaching will no doubt add to that!! I need to find some strength!
