Fast is going strong. I will admit I've eaten a 2oz. of mozzarella cheese stick just to settle my stomach yesterday. Stomach Cramps are letting up though, suspecting stomach is shrinking a bit. I'm still doing the keto-coffee twice a day. Cheese stick had noticeable effect on Ketosis, as far as I can tell. Weighed in at home again just to check, still holding at 239. Which is fine by me at this point. I know its going to drop again shortly.

Note: I have remarkable better sleep and clarity of thought Even with the high caffeine. Might extend this another week, If I experience another drop in weight.

That's the nice thing about fasting, you can stop, re-start, modify it as you need. My problem is I need to reduce the carbs (ideal would be 0). If you have a piece of cheese your carbs are still 0. You're doing great!
