today I weighed in at losing just shy of 2 pounds. less than my goal but I had my cheat day this week and barely went to the gym so ill call that a win. today marks me decreasing my BMI Xs 4! In a couple weeks I will be categorized as "moderately obese" instead of "very obese". Ive found that progress, in any form is now very important to me for motivation. I don't feel like giving up and im not going to let those .2 pounds get me down.
