早上去深蹲,體重果然又降下去了~~深蹲暴汗水份噴光光。
這星期開始食量又要增加了,快要一餐一公斤(850g)了,希望體重還能下降。
午餐: 鯛魚,300g 旗魚,150g 菜,200~250g 三顆蛋,150g
加買了旗魚,不敢買再吃豬肉了。不過一天的蛋白質量終於來到至少150g了~~~
