Oops went over my calorie budget again… But that Papa John’s pizza and cinnamon pull apart… So good but I know I should not have had them. Oh well it was a free pizza so who’s going to pass up free ha ha well some people will but I didn’t. Anyway tomorrow is a new day and I will do better.
