Just four days of being ill and I'm already soft and flabby. Awful. I didn't record everything I ate, but I'm not surprised the scale went up almost 3 pounds. Obviously I didn't gain that much, but it feels like much more right now. I went climbing tonight and stayed on the diet. I'm not sick anymore. I'm glad I had the cheat days. I really need more of them. Its just so hard to do. But I'll stay on it for the next 6 days anyway. I plan to work out with the neighbor tomorrow and then hit it hard at the gym. Maybe go every other day for a couple weeks. My workout 'buddy' is out of town so maybe I can actually get some workout done. She seems to think looking at the equipment will accomplish great things. It's more productive to work out by myself.
