It really was lovely I had just the one and gave the other to my little girl and I'm actually full and saticefied not too many calories at all. Xx

Thank you since I've been back on this app I've managed to loose 10lb but for some reason that's not showing, think it has something to do with back in 2012 I started using fs and set a goal but never adhered to it anyway I've been back on here the month or two and only just managed to go under that original weight I was 2012 lol. I'm trying to reach a goal I set 6 years ago still 😂 but hey I'm making more progress now than I did then!
