Well... today I feel good but I feel that the bad is coming...
I had some McDonald's yesterday... and didn't go to gym! What a combination! There is an explanation to everything I guess...
My bf didn't sleep more than 3 hrs the previous night and was running around all day long and was exhausted and too tired to cook or to attend the gym... so I'm in with him... he offered McDonalds, I hesitated then said yes - to please him and to be nice... and I wanted it too by that point! So.. no regrets... this happens like once in a month! Gym... well will try to go tonight, if everything goes well!
TOM is on its way... so that + bad food + missed gym yesterday = weight gain... that will probably occur in the next few days.... I hope NOT... but I wouldn't be surprised at all if it does happen!

I can't wait for the nice weather and warm and sunny days to get out, play tennis, go swim, etc... I miss the outdoors... so sick of the winds and nice weather only when I look thru the window!

Another good thing is that tomorrow is Friday, already - I shall say!

Don't worry, fats food is allowed as long as you don't eat it too often. Once a month in your case...well you're good :) I totally agree with you on this stupid weather but May is only 2 days away and hopefully it'll get a little warmer. Enjoy the rest of your day and have a wonderfull weekend!

Thanks Gemini! The weather is giving hope but that's all for now lol! I know I'm not that bad on the fast food... and I don't like it so much! You too enjoy the upcoming weekend! :)

There is nothing wrong with going to McDonald's once in a while (I went in for a Sundae a couple months back and ended up eating two of them and a hamburger :-) ). And, the gym does not have the exclusive rights on selling health, you have your body and maybe your dumbbells at home don't you? ;-) You are fine mirej and have been doing an excellent job of maintaining your weight and keeping yourself strong. You also know that you can recover easily from what is approaching you in the coming days. Have a great day today and enjoy the wonderful weekend ahead buddy! :-)

I think sometimes go to McDonald's or whatever you crave can be good, only if it is not too often, as everyone says. If you don't get that kind of things, at least sometimes, the crave can drive you mad, at least that happens to me. It's like if you have it forbidden... you crave it. If you only have it restricted, but you can allow yourself to have it seldom, maybe the crave will not be as terrible. Don't know if I made myself clear, I hope so!!

Mimi, I understand you so well, about the period, the cravings etc... We are in the same boat! You really don't seem to be addicted to fast food, so there is no worries about an occasional treat. I'm sure your weight will be back to normal very soon (if there is a gain which is not sure yet!), I wish mine wil do the same!

Info... If I go for something bad.. I will have the thing I like the most even if it's worse than other options... that way I satisfy my craving and feel good because I had my favorite thing! Have a good weekend too!!
