I am really starting to get frustrated!!! I realize that losing weight is hard and that nursing a baby makes it a little more difficult as you still need to eat quite a bit, but this is getting ridiculous!! I am eating healthier food than I was when I started, I am exercising 5-6 times a week, drinking way more water, but I gained weight??? WTF?!?! I am not even noticing any difference in my body! No inches have been shed! If this really worth it?? I am obsessing with what I eat and exercising but I am not getting any results!! GRR!!!

Yes, being healthy for yourself and your baby is worth it. It's hard when you are trying to lose weight and take care of a baby. You have lost 11 lbs so far. Look at how far you have come, not how far you have to go. Just keep eating healthy and exercising and it will come off. Sometimes, it just takes alot of time. I am struggling myself. Good luck!
