I have decided; I am going to start my diet on Monday.
I always crave a lot of things... like sweets, cakes... or maybe good foods, but with lots of carbs or fat. My great problem is that I don't like veggies at all... I don't know how I can do it...

I'm tired to start diets over and over again. Everyone wants to be the last diet, but nobody can tell you that. I have to lose about 88 pounds (40 kgs) and it seems impossible. At least, my bf helps me in that. I'm trying to convince him to join my diet, he needs it as much as I do :P

Wish me luck, and if you have an advice for me, please share ^^

Nothing is impossible, but you will need to put some real work in it. Veggies are fibers and it's very good for you, that's something you will have to start eating, steam it, cook it, boil it, mix some other things you like with it.. you need to find a way for yourself. Eat less sweets, try maybe the 100 calorie snacks instead of buying in whole. This way you can control how much you eat. Logging in the food intake is important we have this amazing tool on FS... I used it for my weight loss... and weight in often to stay on top of everything! Counting the calories along with exercising helped me... drink lots of water... you asked for advice... so here I am bombarding you! :) And last but not least... good luck and willpower will be needed!

Thank you sooo much for those advices!!! You are right, the most important thing is the willpower, is the thing I lack the most, but with little steps I'll reach to the top! I'm trying to log the intake on FS but it's difficult, some times I can't find the right food. Little by little, I'm getting used to it. You are an inspiration, thank you for your words :)
