So I finally caved and bought myself 2 new pairs of jeans. My fiance got paid from EI finally and my sister in law gave me $130 she owed me from almost a year ago. It was hard to ask her for the money but we really needed it. I think she had forgotten. Anyways I bought the jeans at bluenotes and there was a half off sale so I got 2 pairs for only $50 so that wasnt that bad. I was extremely happy about the size though! I bought one pair of 30 jeans and one pair was a 29! I was sooooo happy. It was great. The 29's are tight but not to bad. I wanted them a little tight so when the last 10lbs come off Ill still be able fit them pretty well. I realized how much fun shopping can be when you're 30lbs slimmer. Before I was a size 14 so I was just plus size. Everytime I shopped I bought big baggy clothes that would hang off me. Nothing at all cute! Its funny cause I dont feel all that much littler but people keep saying "ow my god you've lost weight!!". It feels really nice. I talked to my fiance and I thought I might want to change my goal to 120 because I still felt to big but he didnt want me to. He said he thought it would be to hard on me. I think he's right. I think I would struggle harder to lose and maintain 120. Instead I think Ill go for 130 still and try to do more exercise to tone. I really need to start something. Im thinking since its warming up Ill try running/walking/jogging three times a week. Even if I get up at 630 I can go out for an hour before my fiance has to get up for work and my darling daughter should be sleeping still. :)

Wow we need to see your picture. You are where my goal weight is at. I really cannot even imagine what I will look like at that weight. Congratulations!!!

Im not exacly sure how I do it to be honest. I obviously have bad days but they are a minimum. I rarely eat out and NEVER get take out which really helps. To be honest we probably would but Im to poor right now. lol. Im not suppose to do the take off so I never have. I do however keep a detailed food calender of EVERYTHING I eat. I sometimes dont follow just the plan but also the diet calander. I find if I eat what LA weight loss lets me but my calories are low for that day I do allow myself extra. I also WEIGHT everything and eat the same thing for breakfast everyday. Not to mention I have a wonderful fiance who is very very positive and supportive :) Another thing that obvioulsy doesnt hurt is I am partially breastfeeding still. She both nurses and bottle feeds but it still burns some extra calories. I also heard that the horomones you produce while breastfeeding naturally let your body release the fat in your body to be used as energy. But saying that...I didnt lose one sweet ounce of anything for the first 6 months that I was exclusively breastfeeding her! Not untill I joined up at LA weightloss again did I loose anything. I dont know if that helps or not :)
