9st 10 Fat 23.7% (1 off at WW Thurs which was deff a result as I weighed early last week and lost so much, so I thought I'd be lucky for a SS this week) Only a little smidge off today but it was my birthday yesterday so a fair few treats crept in! Last week of effort now before hol Fri but I'm happy with how clothes are looking, hurrah!
