Just a little word for all you thinking/doing fasting of some description

Been doing inter fasting for quite a while with great results

Over done it recently (combination of fasting & exercise). It can seriously mess you up, mainly in the lack of energy to perform good, but incl prone to injuries etc

My advice is ..... small n steady, listen to your body it will tell you when to ease up or have a break !!
