Third morning with bicycle ride before breakfast. The body feels 'younger' than when I had breakfast first. Addictive.

That is true, I ride bicycle, walk, or lift weights before breakfast and I feel good. P.S I am not longer eating breakfast.

Keilin-4. You are at a more elevated level for sure. Find it take me time to make new good habits automated. Your habits will make you stay young. Certainly desirable.

It takes a little time to create an habit. I thought it was not possible exercise with an empty stomach plus breakfast was the most important meal of the day. Now I feel great with my new routine

I love this community, I have learned a lot here, and yes we are getting younger, exercise is a good medicine for it, I just laugh when people on social media criticize the famous people about their appearance and weight, they think that only money can do that.

keilin-4 Yes. Coffee and sitting down, vape and read was my usual. Now it's more, rehydrate with water, coffee and I get restless, in need of that peddle drug. Started the ride 3:55am this morning. Life is very different to my carb days. I like Dr Berry's simple way to tell about this lifestyle. Eat egg, bacon and bunless hotdogs with mustard. No need to have a $100k coach for doing that. 🙂

keilin-4 You keep inspiring me. Woke 2.5 hours ago, and have had no breakfast yet. Think about how you went through this change. Not quite ready for weight lifting yet, but can sense it may not be too far away. Thank you.

Aww 😊, I have learned here about the " go with no breakfast thing" and it was not easy, I love it because you can have a bigger lunch and dinner 😋😋and the lifting weights too I was doing 30 minutes 3-4 days a week. This is the second week doing one hour. I stil don't love it but I feel great and proud of myself after that.
