Another great diet day!American idol on tonight so need to get a mind set of something i can much on - probably sunflower seeds in the shell as takes a long time to eat a 1/4 cup.

Just dropping a line to see how your are doing. I see that your weight is going down and you're doing well. I'm working very, very hard to get beneath the 200 lb plateau. I watched a portion of American Idol yesterday too but then had to switch to the Democratic Presidential Debate.
