You should check your thyroid as well...normally, you should lose doing all of that.

Perseverance and sometimes your body comes to a standstill and you need to adjust your meal plan and exercise because you body get use to what you've done. Don't give up. You've done amazing so far

Thx guys I assume I have to many expectations...many moons ago I could consistenly lose 2kg a week..my age, body, metabolism and HTR are probably things to really take into account.

@Staanmyby. I am no youngster either so I totally get you. We just have to keep on "keeping on" Ultimately slow weight loss is lasting weight loss and looking at your profile you don't actually have that much to lose.….so everything is looking good ;-)

misschevious 77 my calories are after research and googling the amount I like to stick to, to get better results faster...I will up calories once I start doing exercises. My woe is high protein so I think I will not lose muscle mass and gain back a lot of weight once in maintenance. I could be wrong😶

1100 kcal is also a really small amount, especially if you are exercising. Maybe you could try increase a little bit with some lean protein and veggies :)
