Back from 2 week vacation. Eating out, 2 family reunions and a wedding. Tried very hard to stay on program. However, it just didn’t work everyday. Our pool was closed all the time which made swimming difficult. I gained but it is starting back down quickly. Too much salt in everything! I sure had a great time though, visiting with family members I hadn’t seen in over 5 years. Nephews wedding was beautiful, bride fits into family so well and lots of fun.
