So I trained this morning with my trainer. We did flexibility and abs. I am in love with that ball thing. so i did weights and also some cardio. I think I will have to start getting there at 5:30 instead of 6:00 am. So I can do everything she wants me to. I am not doing the triathlon because i don't have health insurance and i have a bad knee. but I am going to do the half marathon. yippy. I might actually sign up for it today or tomorrow. I will look in to it. And when i go home tonight I will break out that ball so i can do that stuff at home. I also signed up for another 8 sessions with my trainer.

On a positive and negative side i weighed in today. I am the same weight :( .....but my body fat content is a lower percentage!!!!! So even though the weigh is the same i am loosing fat. and who cares about weight when i am losing fat. yeeha baby.

I totally agree with you. People put too much emphasis on a number. As long as that body fat goes down, that is what counts. Eventually the scale will follow. It's the loss of body fat that makes people look good and feel healthy. Exercise makes all the difference in the world. Good job!

good job! I totally agree with Suzi161, that the percentage of body fat is the important number to pay attention to. Scale weight is so fickle-water retention, hormones, etc will go up and down too easily. Once you build up your strength, all kinds of aches and pains vanish. Keep us all up to date on your progress!
