I am OUT OF CONTROL!!! HELP!
81.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Have you been logging your food intake? It's helped me.

Start small and get some momentum going. It's gonna be difficult; especially being around others whom are not changing their habits. Zenn is right! Start logging your food and pay attention to that. Just practicing that is a huge help. Understanding what has what in the food you consume can curtail what you need to do moving forward. What changes are you wanting to make ?
