Enjoyed a lovely picnic by the river last night but went slightly over my kcal... which I can handle...what I can't however handle is after all the pimms we drank I then ended up heaps over my kcals. I find lately after a drink I wish I hadn't more and more these days and for a little liquid to destroy my fitness goals doesn't quite seem worth it... so I am going to attempt to give up alcohol until August (we're at a wedding) so I shall ATTEMPT to save myself for that next night out lol. Wish me luck! #Exercisingmywillpower
