Saw my family this weekend and was called fat and even asked if I had stopped going in the gym, no mention of how my PT course was going but that’s my Fam! I haven’t stopped gym and I’ve recently lost 5lb I weigh in at 16st2lb which I actually wanted to be this size from a mere 12st... Anyways back to the grind today and I’m just meal prepping, maybe when I go back in a few weeks I might get some better comments... Have a good week Fs friends
