Lunch: 1/4c plain, 1/4c vanilla yogurt, 1 banana, & 1 1/4t chia seeds Calories: 216 I sprinkled 1/2t powdered orange rinds (which I saved from 2 oranges I ate a couple of days ago) and it was fabulous! Like eating an orange Creamsicle. I might try to freeze some Homemade orange zest powder will keep a few months if kept in the fridge!

Try stirring in either chocolate or regular powdered peanit butter. All the good without the PB fat. So good. The brand I use is Tru-Nut. I find it once in a while at TJMax, Rossi’s, Marshall’s, but now mostly just buy it on Amazon. Lots of brands out there but this is the only one I have tried. Very happy with it.

Love the idea of orange zest in the yogurt! Would love the banana too but I am trying to stay under 20g carb and a 100g banana has 25g
