I made the salmon casserole, but the crackers were stale. I ate have a serving and threw all the rest of it out. At dinner, my sandwich was on some smaller pieces of sourdough. I used 1.45 oz. of turkey - so half of what is listed, but I did not weigh the half of the small avocado that I used. So I guess it might work out. My avocado was probably more like 2 1/2 oz. Weigh the other half tomorrow.......
