自己做的红糖牛奶芋圆,想做脏脏奶茶没做成。
这一杯差不多600卡的热量,自己做糖都尽量在保证口感的情况下尽量少,要做出Q弹芋圆必须多放木薯淀粉,木薯淀粉的碳水可是很高的,一盆鲜芋仙估计至少500卡吧
