Keilin u r there u just need to lift weights 🏋️ squat to get them legs nice and thick and some 💪🏼 Dumbbells ...that will help you get to 20% body fat

I don't go to the gym but I am lifting weights at home, I know it's not the same , I still can se a differences in my body, but I have a problem with my wrists, I googled it and it says it's something normal in older people, Am I that old?

My kids personally like piggy back rides. Occasionally they hop on and I walk the driveway with a few bouts of sprinting thrown in and sometimes jogging. My 38# 4 yr old loves me to ‘bench press’ her or lay her across my arms and lift her up or do squats. Can’t do many of them as I’m just starting out but it’s good for the occasional fun workout ;). We make a family hour out of it where we all do ‘crazy’ workouts as my kids call them.
