7/11: Fat 14.3%, Muscle 63.90kg (W 54.6%)
Starting off today with a new lower hydration level. Find I get disturbed sleep, drinking so much water. Hope to find it easier to reach 54.5%-54.6% Water reading before recording the other numbers.
