I also like wrapping some sliced lean deli meat (like turkey slices) around a mozzarella stick for a quick lunch. anything you put into a sandwich, just use the meat to wrap around the "fillings".. cheese, onion, peppers, low fat cheese like, low fat cheddar or low fat swiss.
