One day back on plan and I'm trying my best not to cheat. I am totally surrounded by my husband's junk foods. Woe! I can do this, but the urge to cheat is so strong! :(
72.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week

You CAN do it!!!! Its tough but just stay focused! The first 2 weeks are really the hardest. I know my fiance keeps junk around sometimes and thats when I tend to cheat 2.

We got rid of all the cookies and the junk food in the house. We never buy it and we don't keep it around. If you need a snack, try some veggies, drink lots of water to keep you full. Try snacking on some fat free pudding, it's allowed and you get 3/4 of a cup, plus who doesn't love chocolate?!
