does anyone have experience with getting the lose skin to shrink back. I've read that gelatin capsules, and fish oils, and omega 3's are supposed to promote skin health and elasticity.

Oh it would be really great if the Omega3/Fish oil helps since I already take them but I think I've been overweight too long for my skin to tighten up very much. All I can do is hope time helps.
