felt really good this week trousers felt ok was feeling good checked scales.... No loss. was so annoyed I ate! very disappointed in me

It's OK everyone has blips, mess ups and stalls in weight loss if we didn't then it'd be easy wouldn't it? 😂 Just pretend it hasn't happened and try improve for today 👍

Hi yeah bit think my fat was bit high. Though weighed myself it's 2 lb less? Think I'll weigh in once a month and keep fat down. X

All you can do is trial and error cause everyone is different 👍 tbh I have to chop/change little things in my diet monthly pretty much or I stall (frustrating yes! 😅) but it works for me so got do what you got to do maybe do like a trial week of lower fats and see if it makes a difference to the scale? Good luck though and just don't let it knock you down 👍 x
