Start do diet 23 juni 2018

Cheating day on 13 july at sushi tei
I was had
- 2 salmon abury
- 6 slice of okonomiyaki
- a bowl of green salad
- 4 pcs chicken gyoza

Felt so satisfied ..
(Guilty pleasure)
60.5 kg Lost so far: 11.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
