As of this weekend, I've decided to start "juicing". Saw a documentary called Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead. I thought, hmmm...more fruits & vegetables=healthier. So, i'm on another journey. Feeling positive about this. I already tried the mean green juice. Not too bad. Tastes like cold tomato soup (but there are no tomatoes in it).
