We went to the movies last night and I splurged on popcorn. UGH!! But instead of the usual large giant tub my husband and I get, we only got a little medium sized bag and still had half left at the end of the movie. So could have been worse. But today is the first practice of our fall softball league and the high is like 94 degrees today so I am sure I will sweat the extra lb right off.

Having that splurge isn't so bad and you should be proud of yourself for ordering the smaller bag and not chowing the whole thing! That's an accomplishment! Keep it up!

Its in moderation, so it's all good! Sometimes we need to splurge every once in awhile. You definitely should be proud of yourself that you ordered the medium vs the large! Movie popcorn is so good! :)
