I find making space in a diet/detox for lush treats every now snd again always encourages adherence "om nom nom nom"
Yoo Moo honey and granola frozen yoguhurt and a fiber 1 square salted catamel hmmmmmm!!

Have a sweet tooth 😅 the salted caramel was my gave halo top too... but then I tried the mint choc chip and oh gosh was it good... me and halo top had to take a break... too morish for my sweet tooth look x
