I was doing so well up until these past few days - feeling full and losing weight and had plenty of energy. My cravings have tripled lately, my weight has stayed the same (at least it’s not increasing), and I’m beyond exhausted. Work has been stressing me, and my boss keeps yelling at me and putting more work on me, which is somehow making me want to drink margaritas and binge eat chips and salsa. 😭 Here’s to a better day tomorrow 🍾 I can do this.
