Feeling a little depressed lately. Im having some family difficulties and Im actually finding it really hard to eat all that Im suppose to. Its funny cause I used to turn to food when ever I was upset and now it seems like I dont want to eat at all when Im sad. Im a little nervous about this. I really struggled with eating as a teenager and got down to 104 pounds in hight school (which is WAY lower then I should ever be at since Im 5'6 1/2). I get nervous when I start feeling better by not eating because it makes me feel like this might turn into an issue. I know Im smarter then that so Im really going to try to keep my calories at 1200 from now on and try to eat all of whats on my plan. I dont want to screw up my hard work. I just think I have to continually be aware of it.

wow, you are really close to goal. Losing the last pounds can be the hardest. It took a friend of mine 6 months to lose the last 10 lbs. You are doing great. Good luck!
