I have been following the plan well for the past three days. As usual, I am dropping these same 3-5 pounds. The biggie is will I be able to break 156.6 next week. That's the smallest I've been since I've been doing this on my own. I am excited that I am fitting in my size 12's now, but the goal is size 10 or less. When I first joined LA Weight Loss in 2003, I got down into a size 6. I don't want to be that small, because it's too hard to maintain. The hips won't go down, though, until I lose about 20 more pounds. If I can just make it to a 10....I'll be happy.
