Wednesday 25th July,went way too high on my fat,my target is around 50g fat a day, added 100ml double cream to my protein drink,thought it would make it nice and creamy like a milkshake,it did. But added 50g fat in one go, didnt want to throw out my protein drink as I had already added cream to it,and a few raspberries, so just for today I drank it anyway haha. will try just 25ml tomorrow (12.5g fat).
