I haven't seen the scale change in a while, so I'm a little unmotivated. This is day 90 something of getting healthy and into shape and I need to realize that losing 15 pounds in 3 months ain't too shabby.
This weekend my husband has a movie in a film festival in Tampa and we have events to go to all weekend beginning on Wednesday. That means opening and closing parties, including banquets with buffets and full bars (all free for filmmakers). Yeesh. It's an ambush I tell you! I guess I just need to think of it as; usually I would be watching tv these nights with the hubby but now I'm going to be walking around and socializing for hours on end, might be that little extra I need to give the scale some love.
