Hi, I am a newbie here! I want to achieve great arms; flat abs & 20% fat loss following intermittent fasting. I have already lost 9kg in total so far.
77.6 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
