I am getting back on track with my exercising after taking a few days off. I am really going to try to stop snacking at night. That will make a big difference I am sure. I am trying to stick to fruits and veggies or smoothies at night, but sometimes late at night when the baby wakes me up, I have something sweet like a honey bun or granola bar! My head always says no, you don't need that, but my tummy always says Go ahead...you know you want it! hehe I do fairly well throughout the day, but night is the worst!!
