I don't really understand the macros. I do a good job staying within them though. but I tend to b under the protein unless I really work on it, and almost always over the fat by 1 or 2 points. Is there like a "macros for dummies " somewhere I could read. I know what they r, but how r they calculated, and y stay within. And is being close good enough?

I feel your pain. I have been on here since June 12th of this year and I am still trying to figure out all the ends and outs of this diet thing... so any help would be greatly appreciated.
