7/30營養早餐-2人份: 前幾天向小朋友買的地瓜終於派上用場了,昨晚先備料,用酪梨半顆切丁+蝦子15隻去殻切丁+地瓜1大顆,加點鹽巴和胡椒粉調味,捏成酪梨蝦仁地瓜球泥6顆,用保鮮膜包著放冰箱冷藏,今早取出3顆壓扁,裹上蛋液後再裹上木薯粉,放入油鍋,煎成「酪梨蝦仁地瓜煎餅」,起鍋擺盤再灑上起司粉~第一次買酪梨做料理,意想不到的好吃耶~😋配一杯300cc無糖優酪乳和昨晚7-11買的生菜沙拉1盒😘

網路上是用麵粉,我把它改成健康的抗性澱粉-地瓜(馬鈴薯也可以),起鍋再灑上起司粉,真的蠻好吃的耶😋
