Went from 280 to 167 🌟.... then back up 230.9 due to medical problems. Now I have been cleared to get back on track. I have been doing pretty good until yesterday when the grandkids had me eating pizza 🤦♀️. But that was just a stumble not a fall....back on track after the pizza.
